Everyone on your team uses AI, alone.
The research is buried in one person’s chat history, the draft in another’s. AI made everyone on your team faster. It hasn’t made you faster together.
Here’s what faster together looks like.
Private chats, multiplayer when you say so
It's just you and the AI, until you @ a teammate in or share a link inside your organization. Every chat starts with all your sources on, every pad and tool you can use, and you switch any of them off. Replies trigger the model. Notes never do.
Documents, done together
Ask for the proposal in a chat, and it lands in the Library as a page you keep. Your team edits, the AI edits, and the playbooks you run on stay current, so when someone asks "what's our policy?", the answer comes from the document itself.
The tools you already use, connected
Nobody wants to leave the chat. The number, the ticket, the file: pulled straight in, and changes pushed back without breaking flow. Connect a tool once and share it with the groups and people who need it. Nobody ever sees a key.
Everything in its place
A pad holds what a team knows: its documents, skills, and memory. Marketing gets a pad, ops gets a pad, and everyone gets a private one. Access follows the org chart: add someone to a group and every pad and tool the group holds is theirs. Leave the group, and it goes.
Build a company brain
Every other AI tool forgets: who you are, what you decided last week. Padp remembers, and it learns on its own: for you, for each pad, for the whole company. Every chat shows what it picked up, and you can take anything back. Told once, known after across models.
Reusable skills, for your best work
A Skill teaches Padp how you do something: the report format, the brand voice, the way proposals get written. Type "/" and pick one. Skills live in your pads, keep their versions, and travel as plain folders you can import and export, so the way you work stops living in one person's head.
